Terrance Brennans temple of cheese, which reminds many of Balthazar transplanted 40 blocks north. The faint smell of aged artisanal cheeses permeates the large vaulted dining room, where the noise level can be deafening at times. The restaurant serves bistro favorites, but its the creamy and smooth Artisanal fondue that often steals the show
