Often thought of as a Zen-like experience. Superstar chef Masayoshi Takayama personally prepares and serves many of the guests. Diners enjoy five carefully composed appetizers, followed by a sushi entree featuring fifteen to twenty types of exotic seafood directly flown in from Japan, and a dessert course to complete the meal. There is a $400 per person prix fixe menu but diners can rest assured it is a one of kind reservation.
